Questions about payment
What is a concurrent session?
One technician connected to a workstation. The session is taken while the technician is connected and is freed when they disconnect or the employee presses Stop. The number of employees, technicians and workstations in the organisation does not affect the plan.
What happens when all sessions are taken?
The next technician sees a message that the concurrent-session limit is reached; sessions in progress are not interrupted. They can connect as soon as a session is freed — or raise the number of sessions.
How do I start, and is there a trial?
Register your organisation on the site: its administrator signs the request with their digital signature. Once the request is approved, the first 14 days are free with up to 2 concurrent sessions; after that your chosen plan applies.
How do I pay?
Monthly or for the whole year at once, by invoice to the organisation. Paying for the year, you get two of the twelve months free.
Can I change the plan?
Yes, at any time: the number of sessions and the subscription term change at once, with no reinstalling of the apps.
What happens when the subscription ends?
The organisation's administrators get a letter 14 days and 3 days before the end. After it ends, new technician connections are refused until the subscription is renewed.
Is there an edition for our own servers?
Yes. The on-premise edition is installed on your Ubuntu server, and its licence sets the term and the number of concurrent sessions. It is priced on request.
Connect your organisation
The organisation's administrator signs the request with their digital signature, and the connection starts working once it is approved. Any questions — call or write to us.
